  • 8GB extended RAM is supported on the 8 GB + 128 GB edition.
  • 8 GB extended RAM is realized by software.
  • Different apps take up varying amounts of memory so the actual number of apps may vary. Fewer apps can be kept active in the background if the apps take up more memory, and vice versa. As tested in vivo laboratory, for the 8 GB + 128 GB edition, the maximum number of active apps is 27. Extended RAM 3.0 enables higher overall performance than the previous generation, Extended RAM 2.0.
  • Actual available RAM/ROM is less due to the storage of the operating system and pre-installed apps.
  • Supports memory expansion of up to 1 TB. Memory card needs to be purchased separately.
  • Two A76 large cores (2.2 GHz) and six A55 small cores (2.0 GHz).
  • SA mode availability depends on local carriers' network situations. Once officially launched, it will be sent through OTA updates.
  • Functioning 5G is subject to specific carrier's 5G availability in the local market or region, as well as phone specifications. For more information, please consult your carrier.
  • Y56 5G draws power from a Dimensity 700 chip to enable a maximum theoretical downlink bandwidth of up to 2.74 Gbps on a 5G network, which is 7 times higher than the maximum downlink bandwidth of 391 Mbps on a 4G network. Network conditions vary with factors such as 5G network signals and polices of carriers. The actual network speed shall prevail.
  • Eye Protection mode must be enabled for the eye protection feature to work.

  • Y56 5G is equipped with a vivo standard charger (power adapter 9V/2A), and supports up to 18W Fast Charge. The actual charging power is dynamically adjusted as the scene changes, and subject to actual use.

Test condition: ambient and phone temperature of 25℃±1℃, 100% battery power with a typical battery capacity of 5000 mAh, Wi-Fi connection with data roaming turned off, 150 cd/m² screen brightness and 63 dB(A) volume. Playing music: Under the preceding test conditions, Y56 5G can play Spotify music with default settings for a continuous time of up to 40.32 hours. Online binge-watching: Under the preceding test conditions, Y56 5G can play YouTube videos with default settings for a continuous time of up to 20.16 hours. Gaming: Under the preceding test conditions, Y56 5G can play PUBG with default settings for a continuous time of up to 8.4 hours. Instagram: Under the preceding test conditions, Y56 5G can play Instagram short videos with default settings for a continuous time of up to 13.44 hours.
  • Y56 5G is not a professional waterproof mobile phone. It provides ingress protection (IP54) against dust/water under normal use.
  • Only available for apps compatible with this feature.
  • Measured diagonally, the screen size is 6.58-inch in the full rectangle. Actual display area is slightly smaller.
